Tom has recently joined us here at DJS (UK) Limited as our Customer Satisfaction manager. Within this role, he is responsible for customer complaints, fraud cases and customer reviews. Tom has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the finance industry, formerly working for car finance broker and lender as their Head of Compliance. Tom has also got over ten years of experience dealing with customer complaints and customer service issues in other roles, and has previously worked to set up and run training and complaints departments. Tom makes sure that with his rounded experience he can communicate at all levels effectively to ensure the ultimate goal of ensuring the best outcome for the customer and the business.
